Breakfast is the most important meal of the day which people rarely engage in. One should not start their day without having an healthy breakfast.Not having an early breakfast can leave you hungry and restless for the rest of day.

The best time for early breakfast is 2 hours after you wake up and it has to be something light. Having early breakfast kicks off the metabolism in your body.If you are a gym person you still have to take something for about 20-30 mins before heading for the gym.

I understand that people don’t actually engage in early morning breakfast because of we believe that anything we eat is okay for us without considering health factors ,or been carried away by a lot of activities or Laziness.
